ACID FOAM is an acid foaming descaler for removing inorganic and organic residues typical of food industry. The product contains buffered phosphoric acid and strong surfactants able to eliminate the fat part that covers scales. The high foaming power of the product allows its use on walls and vertical equipment in zootechnics field and the right contact time for the break-up of mineral, limestone, oxides, milk stone, organic residues scales. It is recommended to use the product before the alkaline cleaning of surfaces. Ideal for the following application areas: Walls and floors External parts of milking parlor Cages calves and nursery rooms Equipment and tools Mangers and troughsDo the treatment 1 or 2 times per month, depending on the scales to be removed. It is recommended to use it before the alkaline cleaning. Respect the concentrations and the contact times. Do not use the product more than 2% on aluminium surfaces and its alloys, nor galvanized metals.
Use through foaming equipment: Use solutions from 1% to 5% of product depending on the quantity and tenacity of the scales to be removed. Apply homogenously on the surfaces to be treated and leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse abundantly. Manual use: Prepare the solution from 3% to 10% in a bucket. Immerse the brush into the solution. Exert mechanical action on surfaces to be treated. Rinse abundantly.
